Portland Community College (PCC) is dedicated to the education and enrichment of its students through quality cooking classes. PCC offers a variety of cooking classes for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Whether you want to learn the basics of home-cooking or develop your professional culinary skills, PCC has something for everyone.

At PCC, students learn the basics of food safety and food handling, as well as how to create healthy and delicious meals.
