This college offers an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts which provides students with the necessary culinary knowledge, skills and experience to become a successful and knowledgeable chef. The program consists of courses that promote creativity and development of new recipes while meeting the demands of a modern kitchen. Students are given the ability to explore their creative potential while learning the fundamentals of cooking.

During their time in the culinary program, students learn the history and techniques of cooking, along with proper sanitation techniques and health regulations. Students are given hands-on experience with safety, hygiene, nutrition and food preparation, in addition to menu planning, cost control and budgeting. The program provides instruction on how to use kitchen equipment, how to prepare meals, and how to develop effective communication and organizational skills.
