Cooking Education at Front Range Community College (FRCC) provides students with the opportunity to learn how to cook with professional chefs. Students can immerse themselves in culinary arts, learn food safety and nutrition, and gain the skills to manage a restaurant or catering business. They will also gain a comprehensive education in the history, science, and culture of food and cooking.
FRCC's programs are designed to provide students with the hands-on experience they need to become successful culinary professionals. They offer an Associate of Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts, as well as a number of certificate programs in areas such as baking, pastry, and nutrition.
