The Culinary Arts program at Cheyney University of Pennsylvania offers three distinct educational tracks: Gourmet and Professional Cooking, Baking and Pastry Arts, and Restaurant Management and Design. Students can choose to pursue certificate as well as associate, bachelor, and master’s degree programs. Regardless of the track chosen, each program offers courses that cover topics such as food safety and sanitation, menu planning, cooking techniques, and hospitality industry trends.

Internships may include baking pastries in a cake shop, managing a restaurant kitchen staff, or developing menus and recipes for a new café.
