Indiana Wesleyan University’s National & Global cooking education programs provide students with the skills needed to succeed in all areas of the culinary arts. With a focus on classic French techniques, elegant aesthetics, and modern technologies, these courses give students a comprehensive foundation that prepares them for any cooking related job. IWU’s National & Global program offers multiple degrees, ranging from Associates of Applied Science in Culinary Arts to Bachelor of Science in Culinary Management which can be applied to many fields including pastries, event planning, and restaurant management.
