In addition to learning the culinary basics, students can also gain specialized knowledge in baking, catering, international cuisine, and nutrition.

At Arkansas State University, students can pursue their interest in food and cooking in a variety of ways. The university offers two degrees for those looking to obtain a degree in culinary arts; an Associate Degree in Applied Science and a Bachelor Degree in Applied Science with an emphasis in Culinary Arts. These degrees are designed to provide students with the knowledge and training necessary to pursue a career in the culinary arts or related field.
