Howard Community College (HCC) is a great place to receive cooking and culinary education. HCC offers both associate’s degree and certificate programs in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry, Culinary Management and Catering and Event Planning. Furthermore, HCC also provides noncredit courses for people who want to learn more about cooking.
